WINEMAKER’S NOTES

Swings’ Rose is in the dry style. It has striking pale pink colour with freshness and vibrancy of flavour abundant strawberry shortcake, rhubarb and musk-like aromas. The wine is a blend of Shiraz and Merlot, which are ideally suited for rose style wines. They are all sourced entirely from Margaret River vineyards.
 

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Pale pink
Aroma: Aromas of strawberries shortcake, rhubarb, confectionary with a hint of musk and floral perfumes. A hint of dried herbs.
Palate: flavours of dried strawberries, sweet berries and a soft creamy texture. Clean and smooth with sparkling acidity and a fine, dry finish.
Food matching: Suited to any mood.
