TASTING NOTES

Colour: Deep purple with a medium purple hue.

Aroma: Lifted, concentrated aromas of cassis and dark berry fruits, violets, cedar, graphite and fruit cake spice. A classic Margaret River Cabernet.

Palate: Solid tannins, firm yet soft supports the rich fruit on the palate. Great power and length. This wine will reward those with the patience to cellar.

Food matching: Lamb chops

Cellaring: 8 years and more to see the wine fully expressed.
