Colour: Pale coral pink, with a generous and fine bead.
Aroma: Attractive lifted fresh perfume from bottle fermented Pinot Noir; quite complex, with a fine nuance of yeast autolysis and lemon pith.
Palate: Fuller bodied, balanced and complex with a terrific surge of flavour at the start. Great balance and fine long lime lemon persistent flavours make the wine linger and beckons another glass. Perfectly balanced dosage in the drier spectrum.
Food matching: Fine by itself but especially as an aperitif.
Cellaring: As with all traditionally fermented wines matured on lees in bottle, the wine is ready to consume without further bottle maturation.
