Winemaker's Notes

This is the classic aromatic white blend that defines Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon. Our grapes were vinified as pristine cold– pressed juice, cold fermented and bottled fresh to maintain the authenticity of the style.

Tasting Notes

Composition: 62% Sauvignon Blanc; 38% Semillon

Colour: Very pale green/straw

Aroma: Vibrant aromas of new season fresh stone fruit and pear. A hint of cut grass and citrus freshness. Perfectly clean with succulent Sauvignon Blanc freshness and a dry Semillon background.

Palate: Dry and very fine, with an explosive first impact of racy and zesty acidity, the palate is light bodied with a fine finish and crisp acidity to boot.
