TASTING NOTES

Colour: Purple with a medium purple hue.

Aroma: Delicate and aromatic nose of red cherries, raspberry and mulberries. Subtle pine needle with nutmeg and cinnamon spice.

Palate: Soft, silky smooth tannins combine with sweet red berry fruits. Subtle use of oak supports the fruit on the palate. Classic, elegant refined Syrah style. Finely polished, balanced with great length.

Food matching: Grilled steak, eggplant or mushrooms. Also pairs well with duck.

Cellaring: Five years and more to see the wine fully expressed. Alcohol: 14.0%v/v
