This wine is a classic example of Margaret River Cabernet Merlot – a wine that has a varietal Cabernet bouquet and fruit structure complemented with rich dark chocolate flavours and fine tannins by way of a Merlot component.

Aroma: Ripe plum, choc mint and fruits of the Forest fruit layered over fine grained French oak with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. Dark fruited Merlot and spice comes through with a fine classical Margaret River Cabernet varietal lift which completes the impression.
Palate: Ripe and layered fruit with generous flavours of dark berries, plum and spice leading to a fine tannins and mouth-filling middle palate with soft tannins to finish. Spicy oak completes and compliments the wine to make a classical Margaret River style.
