Our 2019 Chardonnay is an excellent example of cool climate Chardonnay; Spring and Summer were cooler than average lending to exceptionally favourable conditions for cool climate Chardonnay. Tight acidity and excellent fruit flavour ripeness has resulted in a wine that has outstanding finesse and length of flavour. Typical of the fine-fruited style we make, it has some great potential to evolve in the bottle.
