Winemaker's Notes

Fresh in the glass with a zingy palate and fine bead. This Sparkling has been made with pristine cold–pressed free run juice  fractions to produce the base wine and bottled fresh to maintain a fine mousse.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Pale straw.

Aroma: Soft fragrant aromatic peach, nectarine and pear, crisp and fresh.

Palate: Fine mousse, explosive fresh flavours burst on the palate with a fresh, zingy, tight acid finish and fine lingering fruit.

Food matching: Fresh Exmouth prawns
